An epic tale about racial issues, love, cattle ranching in the 1930s Outback. It was like John Wayne Down Under only with Wolverine. hehehe I think I'm getting really fond of Nicole Kidman...ever since I saw her in "Golden Compass". She is quite the lady.....and yet strangely secksy! Anyway if you have the time it's well worth seeing. Beautiful scenery and filming.....Great acting and the story was different yet familiar. Rent it....go ahead...I'll wait. It's 160 minutes so make some extra popcorn and remember where the pause button is.

yes - the moment when blades sprouted from his fingers, so he disembowel the twenty armed to the teeth ruffians, was very tear rendering... maybe that was the wrong film...
