At a guess I'd say HCLK stands for Host Clock which probably means your FSB frequency and that selecting that setting synchronises your RAM frequency to the FSB frequency. The other two would then add 33Mhz and 66Mhz respectively to the FSB allowing you to use say, PC2700 or PC3200 DDR while still maintaining an FSB of 133Mhz.
